Terms of Service

General commission info

By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to my terms of service.

To order a commission you can contact me directly by:

• A note on FA (Lapushis)
• PM on Discord (Lapushis#1542).
• Telegram (@Lapushis)

Any commission details can be discussed individually.

I start my work only after full prepayment (Paypal, USD). Payment plan up to 3 months long is available for every type of work and can be discussed.

I have the right to reject any commission without providing a reason before an invoice is sent and payment is done.

My deadline is 1 month after the full whole payment. If I delay the commission for 1 month or more, I will refund you 100% of your money.

If you decide to cancel the commission in the making, I will make a partial refund depending on the amount of work I’ve done to the moment.

If you are ordering a depiction of another person's character I need the approval of the owner of said character to be featured in a picture. In other words, I don't do surprise gifts.

I reserve the right to publish your commission, as well as any WIPs. You can publish the works including WIPs you are getting from me anywhere you wish whenever you want with a link to any of my public social profiles (FA, x.com, bluesky, etc.).

Workflow

First, you specify the type of commission, describe the character and provide references. I need a description of the scene if the commission means it. Please write if you need alternative versions or have special requirements for the size of the final work.

I will contact you in the following way: 

• For commission form: via the contacts you left in the following priority: FA Notes, Messengers (Discord, Telegram, etc.), DA, Twitter / Bluesky DM

• For FA commission / YCHs: FA Notes

• If there’s no way to contact you (for instance FA is blocked or the messenger might be broken) I will contact you via your PayPal email you used to perform a payment.

• We can always go into a messenger / chat of your choice after my first contact!

I start my work after full prepayment. I send you WIPs within a period I state to you when taking your order. 

You don’t need to have a 3D model. I will sculpt everything I need to complete a picture. 

You can make changes (you can make TWO edits for free. I will charge extra for any other edits) or approve the work at the stage.

ONE edit equals everything you might want to add in between WIPs. So you can send multiple messages in case you forgot something in the first place until I send you all changes in one picture ;-) 

If I send you a final variant of the artwork, I will be waiting for 5 full days for your response with desirable edits / changes. You can note me in advance if you cannot respond within that time. If there are no notice and / or requested changes, the work will be considered complete.

I usually try to respond within 48 hours. I will send a notice, if I cannot do that.

You will receive full resolution PNG files after the final stage is approved. I will send you a link to a Google Folder that contains the following variants:

• Full resolution artwork without watermark for personal use. Do not post it anywhere, please.

• A google photo link to a panorama (if applicable). This picture contains all the needed metadata to view it in 360°

The work will remain in that folder for about 3 months after I’ve sent it. Please, save your artworks before I remove them!

Acceptable themes

I will draw:

• Anthro characters of any species, sex and gender;

• Humans and human-like characters: elves, orcs, demons, etc.

• Any setting (fantasy, cyberpunk, sci-fi, modern, ancient, Egypt, Rome, etc.)

• SFW and NSFW art.

• Macro / Micro / Size-Difference

• Feet / Paws

• Violence / Mild gore

• Any body type except for hyper muscle / fat

• Soft vore / Gulping

I don't draw:

• Underage characters / cubs

• Pregnant characters

• Copyrighted material (movie, game characters etc.). I would draw your own characters that are derived from copyrighted characters in any way, though (like your own take on your favorite pokemon or any mobians) as well as references to such material (like your character in some famous character garments). 

• Inflation

• Hyper muscle / fat

• Burps / farts

• Scat / watersports / vomit

• Same size vore

• Hard vore

• Hard gore/guro: detailed viscera and intestines are a no-no, blood pools and detached limbs are fine. As long as there’s no particular focus on the topic of guro, I would probably do it.

• Diapers

• X-ray / intestines

• Political / Ideology material

• My own characters in any type of sexual intercourse

My works are provided under the terms of CC Attribution - Noncommercial - No Derivative Works (CC-BY-NC-ND) license. You are free to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format with a link to my authorship (link to FA and/or Bluesky accounts). You may not use the material for commercial purposes. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

You can use my art for personal non-commercial purposes.

My art cannot be used in any dataset for AI / ML training purposes.
